Monday Lunch


Quick & easy ingredients:
*3 oz smoked salmon
*2 1/2 cups kale
*1/3 cup soy beans
*1 1/2 medium tomatoes
*1/3 cup mushrooms sauteed in onions
*sprinkled with sea salt, black pepper, coriander, cayenne pepper, and drizzled in lemon juice

323 calories
11 grams fat
27 grams protein
33 carbohydrates

I seriously devoured this salad, it tasted delicious and had a lot of textures, colors, and tastes.
